Giulio Murialdi, Independent building surveyor
Freelance Surveyor, I was born and raised in the wonderful territory of the Alta Langa Astigiana. In 2006, I moved to Calosso – which is now a UNESCO world heritage site- for family reasons. As a well known, reliable, fair-minded and politically committed professional I have always made respect a priority.
I have been running my business on the area since 1998, with particular attention to the use of original and local materials. More specifically, I deal with renovation of buildings in the areas between Langhe and Monferrato; I refer to the beautiful, wild hills between Belbo and Bormida rivers, stunning villages such as Roccaverano, Cortemilia, Loazzolo, Santo Stefano Belbo, Calosso, or Canelli, just to name a few.
Italy is a unique and charming territory; a true open-air museum, which is famous all over the world for its artistic heritage. Today, our Country is widely appreciated for its fine wine and gastronomic traditions. Thousands of tourists visit Italy every year, so that many of them literally fall in love with its beauty and decide to buy a second home right here.

In over twenty years, my profession has changed and evolved: new regulations, building codes and legislations have been issued and bureaucracy has resulted in impediment to technical and economic implementation.
